REJECTED VISA RE-Application

I recently got my Canadian Visa Rejected without any specific reason.

My profile:
Citizen and Resident: INDIA
Age: 18+
Qualification: Passed High school in 2019
Funds Displayed: 70,000 CAD (Requirement was 30,000 CAD+10,000)
Medical Provided*
TOEFL ENGLISH: 92

I was planning for Pilot Training

Now what I plan is

To get my Basic Flying Licence (PPL) Which is an initial Experience or basic course for starting Pilot Career in HUNGARY (Europe)

The course will be 4 months long.

AND I WILL REAPPLY FOR CANADA AFTER I RETURN TO INDIA FROM HUNGARY

1) This will give me basic connection and Experience in aviation and pilot training

2) A fist International travel history and Visa stamping on my passport

WILL THAT BE BENEFICIAL AND INCREASE MY CHANCES OF GETTING CANADIAN STUDY PERMIT??

maybe u need to apply from hungry if u will have a valid status and the chances will be better then from india?
