CAN I WILL CHANGE COLLEGE AND PROGRAM OF STUDY WHEN I WILL APPLY 3RD TIME?

matric + i.com + autocad(3months)
experience letter (2 years) of school (small data entry accountant)
family tree from nadra


First time experience letter was not attached but 2nd time sent this with all docs.

i will receive my documents after 10 days because chc already taken 9 weeks.

first time rejection reasons:>

1-officer is not satisfied about i will come back to my home country after study.
2-your past study is not relevent to the study u will do in canada.

How can you expect a visa for a private school which is not even authorized for any off-campus and Post Graduate Work Permit?
