Rejected Study permit, Should I appeal or re-apply? Only one month left until university starts.

I was refused on the basis of limited Job prospects in home country ( UAE) which is untrue. Also because of immigration status in country of residence, which is also untrue because I just renewed my residency before apying to the study permit. They rejected me because of my Palestinian travel document.

There is no real appeal procedure other than going the lawyer/legal route I think.

Which is your home country? I think might mean limited prospects in Palestine since you applied with Palestinian Passport they dont consider UAE your home country.

You should consider deferring your admission getting the CAIPS notes and applying again when ready.
