I (age 20) and my mother (age 45) applied for a visitor visa recently and were denied the visa.
The documents we provided were:
My fathers:-
Current bank account statement till date
Saving bank account statement till date
3 years ITR
GSTN DETAILS
FD copies signed and stamped
Sponsors affidavits for me and my mom

My mothers
NOC and employment letter from her school (as she is a teacher)
ITR
Invitation letter (from her cousin in Canada)
Bank statement
FD
Air tickets

My:-
College ID
Bonafide letter
Next semester paid Fee receipt
Invitation letter
Air tickets

Invitee’s:
Permanent resident card
Passport copy
Address
Electricity bill of his house

The invitation was on the basis of Invitee’s child’s 2nd birthday celebration.
We had applied for a duration of one month. I have a previous visa of UK but my mom doesn’t have any travel history.

We were both rejected on the basis that
“I am not satisfied that you would return from Canada at the end of your stay”

Kindly help us, if we should reapply for the visa or not? And if we should what changes should we make to the application?
Thank you

Find a better purpose of travel. A child's birthday is not a convincing reason to travel halfway around the globe unless it is your own child.

Is the inviter related to you? If so, that's family ties in Canada and a risk of overstaying.

The visa officer would see you and your mother applying for a visa and feel that you were likely to overstay because you have not submitted a strong reason.

As stated above , applying for a month visa, and the reason being a kids second birthday. The v/o would also think , why are two individuals taking a month off work, travelling around the world and all the associated costs, which would be hefty , to come for a primary reason to celebrate a kids second birthday ?
You’d only reapply if you could substantially strengthen the reasons gave for the refusal
Btw, purchasing airline tickets , unless refundable , is never advised prior to getting a visa .
