Rejected due to alleged lack of documentation

Hi,

So I was recently rejected after ITA due to lack of documentation (police certificate for my time in the US - did my undergrad there).

However -
1) I had attached the document as PDF in the electronic application
2) I sent in the documents through snail mail as well (as indicated).

Wondering if anyone else has had this kind of experience?

Cancelled as incomplete then. You either apply again with a new profile, or send a CSE with screenshots/proof that you uploaded them, if they agree they might open your case again.

Sorry to hear that ; I hope you can get your case reopened!
If i could ask a question though... you also submitted it via snail mail? I was under the impression any document submission to CIC would be done electronically...when they asked you for additional documents (i.e. the FBI PCC), they really asked you send it via snail mail?
