Reject PR and create new EE profile

Was chosen from the pool, but don't want to start my PR application right now, Can I reject it and create a new EE after?

Reject and you back into the pool. No need for a new profile

Can i know the reason for rejection ?

Unless you have made some mistake that does not effect your score, you donot need to reject the ITA.
There is a post ITA form that you will be required to fill in which you can correct everything.

You will have to write a LOE explaining why name is different and then you will keep second guessing yourself if your application takes a long time, you will keep wondering whether it is due to this incident. Better to just get a fresh ITA and have mental peace if CRS score is well above the cutoff.

Rejected PR and upated EE to reflect name change !!
