I hope someone can help me as I really am not sure if I am doing the correct thing.
My husband has been approved for a SINP and we have already submitted the PR application. My husband however has a DUI confirction (9 years ago). We are applying for rehabilition but this takes very long. My questions is - our immigration consultant wants us to apply for a Work permit (and myself being the spouse a open work permit and our children Visitors permits) will this work or is the best optoin not a TRP?
