Regway Flagpoling or North Portal Flagpoling

Hello,

1) Can I do flagpoling at Regway CBSA? Some people seems to say "Yes" and others seem, to say "No". I am confused and doesn't know how to make sure. Anybody recently did flagpoling at Regway?
2) If I can, then what are the hours of operation for immigration services?
