Regular mail:

Or by courier:

Quebec-selected Skilled Worker Program
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2

You can send it in any address, because both address is same. First one is PO BOX address, means postman will drop ur mail in the post box designated for the office. But if u send ur mail vai Express post with signature/DHL/FedEx then use the 2nd address. Post man will deliver ur mail to a person in the office and get the receiver signature.
