Regular application and other forms

I saw in the Canada Website that besides the regular application(I am applying to Buffalo), We must fill other applications as well. There are schedules 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 plus additional family application, etc. I am applying for myself, wife and son. Which ones should I use?
