Registering in a Job Bank after creating Profile

Hi

I am still awaiting my ECA and IELTS for my Wife, Once I create the profile, I will register in job bank,
So If I qualify for a Job, will the employer also provide the LMO that will fetch me 600 points?

On a side note I am already working for a Canadian company from India remotely and they have given
up on the LMO due to its complexity and have asked me to take care of the process.
