Registering a marriage

Hi... I need to know how can I register my marriage in Canadá. I'm applying for the visa in another country and one of the requirements is to register my marriage in canada

Marriages are registered only in the country where the legal marriage actually took place. So if your legal marriage took place in another country, it's physically impossible to register it in Canada, as your marriage is already legal in Canada.

Thanks so much for your answer. I'll tell you something I could register my marriage in my country not as a new one if not as a insertion and now my civil status changed... This is the issue... How my husband can change his civil status or being known in the government as married not single

The only part of Canadian government that really needs to know is the CRA for tax purposes. And for this you just phone and tell them, or change marital status online. There is no official registration process here.
