Registered Nurse Registration to Work in BC, Canada

Dears,

Me and my wife are planning to land on 3rd of November 2015, my wife is the spouse on the application. She is planning to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vancouver, BC

What are the steps and requirements? Shall we start with NNAS or what? Is she required to take IELTS Academic as stated, or if we stay for a while in BC will be enough, what is also required from home country? and how much does it cost in terms of money and time?
