hi

We have a query my sister is a registered nurse here in India and have 3 year work experience. we want to apply for her as FSW applicant. As we know for RN in canada to practice a License is required.

I want to know a RN from outside canada can apply for FSW if she do not have canada RN license

please who has same situation. Means engineer and doctors also required license to work in canada but to apply as FSW they need to get registered with any canadian regulatory body prior to apply as FSW

She can apply through the new Express Entry. Just google express entry.
No registration is required at the time of applying. First try to get the PR status and then she can apply.

For more details check www.cno.org

Hello KRP,

- I read your comment and I am wondering if is this applicable to NOC 2151-Architects applying to EE under CEC as well.
- In case that you don´t meet some of the employment requirements marked as IS REQUIRED but you meet the duties as per your Canadian experience letter - main list during your Canadian Work Exp. you can still apply for EE-CEC under that NOC? https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/marketreport/requirements/17867/39070

  • Completion of a three-year internship under the supervision of a registered architect is required.
  • Completion of the architect registration examination is required.
  • Registration with the provincial association of architects in the province of work is required.

Thanks a lot!

Any NOC A, B or 0 occupation can apply to EE under CEC as long as you have at least one year of work experience in Canada in a skilled occupation.

That´s right, thank you for your answer.
