I read on the forum that if you post by courier you should use a different address. What happens if you send the application with registered mail to the PO box address? On the Canada post tracking it says ¨International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs¨.

Can you clarify your question. From the number of people who have looked at your post without answer it appears there may be some confusion and people want to help you!

I am sorry for being unclear. What I meant to ask is do they pick up the mail when they get a note in the mail box. When my wife mailed the package she didn't notice that she can send it to the Robert Speck Parkway address if it is courier. I was wondering if there is a problem if we send it registered (signature required) to the PO Box.
I was a bit frustrated because I went to Canada post tracking sit to find out that it is still in customs (since the 26h of Feb). I called the customs and they said it is going to take another week before they release it. I don't know what customs think I would send to CPC Mississauga except documents. Or if they think that it is something dangerous would they leave it on someones desk for 3 weeks.
Sorry for raging. The package should've taken 5 to 10 days to get to CPC M (sent priority mail). Now its going to take more then a month(if it ever gets there) Its just a frustrating start of the process. I hope the rest will be smooth though. It is pretty straight forward.

That must be frustrating to discover an incorrect address was used. At least you know the package is in Canada and retrieved from the PO Box address. Unfortunately the result also is the different processing through Customs. You might be surprised what types of things are sent through the mail by people that are found by Customs which is why all mail can go through this process coming into the country.

In due course the package will likely get to its destination, but delayed and you will just need to continue to monitor its progress.

Hopefully as you say, once it is received the rest of the process will proceed more smoothly for your case.
