We are setting up a website which will help kids with early learning, phonics, printables and other educational resources. We need a business bank account in order to integrate the payment gateway to our website. Recently we became Permanent residents and wanted to see the best way to register the company.

1. Does it make more sense to register as sole proprietor? What are the benefits?
2. Should we go for incorporation ?
3. Which option will be beneficial in tax savings ?
4. Can the entire process be done online?
5. Do we really need to engage lawyer or CPA for the registration process ?
6. Which bank accounts do you advise to open for business purpose?
7. Tax implications?
