After I looked at some of posts on this site regarding PGW, I noticed that students apply for the PGW after completion of the school. And it takes more than couples of months.

What if a student got a job offer right after the graduation. Could the student can start working without PGW?

How does this work?

1. You can start working full time under implied status once you have applied for the PGWP.

But 'off the record' you would also need a SIN# to apply for any job. And, you can get SIN if you already have OCWP.
