I'm the main applicant, applying as a 'student'. My wife passed away last year & I'm not sure how to fill out the information on this one.
What option do I need to select on this one?
My marital status would be 'widowed' , do I have to add my late wife's information in the spouse section ? It does not have a appropriate option to select under spouse section.

I believe when a person dies they maintain the status they had when they passed away. So in this case, if you were married select the appropriate married status from the drop down menu, then under address write, deceased along with the date and place.
