I had work experience of 11 months in my first job. Then 6 months in the second. Then 1year 1 month experience in the third one. How much work experience do i show? According to the rules i should have atleast 1 year continous experience which i have in my 3rd job. Should i show only 3rd one or the whole work history?

Note: all have same noc

Hi.
Its one year continuous work experience not continuous experience in same company.if you have documents to substantiate.please go ahead and declare all of your experience.

I also thought that it should be 1 year continous experience .. but 2 consultants told me it should be in one company otherwise i will not get points

It is mandatory to have 1 year experience in same job to claim points for primary NOC.

Rest you can have any number of months of experience in any NOC at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B to make a total of 3 years exp to claim maximum points for work exp in CRS.

If salary is paid in cash, will that work experience be counted?

Do you have supporting documents like payslips to support your salary payment?

Plus, attach all the proofs of your employment like offer letter, experience letter any other document record from HR and you can explain the same in LOE too. (if your employer can mention that your were paid salary in cash in your reference letter, that will be best)

Is it personal choice to show which employer's experience. For example i want to show only my current employer's experience and do not want to claim points for previous employer?

So after spending at least 1 year in the same job, can you start adding up your total work experience in terms of months, then convert them to years?

For example:
- Job A: 11 months
- Job B: 18 months
- Job C: 12 months
- Job D: 8 months

All jobs are under the same NOC. This adds up to 4 years, correct?

Okk

Yes all these proofs can be obtained easily no issues. Its just that it was a small firm so salary was in cash nothing else.
