Regarding withdrawing application

Hi,

I would like to withdraw the application (FSW) from Nova Scotia. I had sent my application to Nova Scotia in the month of OCT 2009. I have still not received AOR/ File Number from them. Please tell me how to withdraw the application from Nova Scotia and get the refund??
