Regarding university of winnipeg eligibilty

Hi guys. I want to apply for university of winnipeg for post graduation diploma in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ... So could you guys plzzz help me out to go for it or not ???

My profile :-

10th=60%
12th=82%
B.com=61%(aggregate)
Ielts=6.5 (L=6.5,W=6.5,S=6,R=6)


Once being refused under spp in may intake .... Plzzz drop ur valuable comment ...and also recommend other universities of i could go with profile

I contacted university of winnipeg in the past, they specifically told me that minimum requirement is 3.0 GPA or 70% for masters programs, I am not sure about PGD, try sending them an e-mail, they should reply you within 1-2 days (faster and reliable than here) :
