I am an international studen from Morocco, given that I am planning for 2 year Master program online from Morocco, would I be able to travel to Canada later when the travel restrictions are lifted based on the same study program? Say I start studying online from my home on January 2021, and then I decice to travel in June 2012 if the restrictions are lifted. Is that possible? would I still be eligible for the post graduation work permit in Canada even if I have studied part of course outside Canada?
regarding the study online from home country: will I be able to travel later when the restrictions are lifted?
