Regarding the processing of Spouse sponsor visa

Hi, My husband is a permanent resident of Canada. We got married on August 17th 2017. I am in India right now. He applied for my PR in September 2017 under family class sponsorship. We received the acknowledgement via mail on November 9, 2017. I was asked to upload the police verification & schedule A form by December 14th 2017. Status is being shown "In Process". How long will i have to wait? Will it take more than a year? It's almost 9 months since our process started.

I think they are trying to keep it under 12 months but best to check with the India thread to see how long other applications are taking from that visa office
