Regarding Study Permit

Hi I am Jabbar Hussain from Pakistan. Recently I have applied for study permit paper base application to Islamabad Canadian High Commission on 13th May 2015. Since now there is no call for Medical examination.
Another thing what would you expect as I have applied in English for academic purpose after completion of this certificate I'll move to Business administration Accounting Co-op course after an English and Math assessment? I got acceptance letter from Centennial College, Tororto.
Please any suggestions.
