Dear sir

I hv done my +2 in 2003 in commerce nd after that i worked as an accountant in a firm and side by side was pursuing my law but due to some reason i hv to drop law in between nd in 2009 to 2012 i did graduation nd in 2013 i again got admission in law nd now completed my first yeaŕ but now i want to study in canada. I want to know that if the gap would be be any problems in getting my student visa nd which programme should i go for.

what I know is under spp gap of 2 years is permisible
but as u said u worked as accountant so u can show that as reason of gap

Gap means no work or study during this period.... looking at your profile, you don't seem to have a gap. However you will need to satisfy the VO why you want to give up your current education after your first year, that's the tricky bit in your application....
