For Non-sds it is not necessary to pay 1 year tuition fees. You must show tuition fees (minus amount already paid) + 10,000 CAD. For Quebec additional 1000 CAD is required in addition to the previous amount.

You must show all funds as selvakk posted property will not be considered as funds. Funds must be readily accessible.

You must show 100% for funds, even more than 100% would be better. Property is not considered, since it is not a liquid asset.
