Hey ! do you have any ideas ? Please let me know

I have traced an error in a contract letter among other 5 such appointment letter that error spelled was issued just one and half year ago when I changed my working organization. As required documents I have sent the contract letters too.Now I m worried regarding the one spelling in my name of appointment letter. How can I replace that with correct one? Is only that one letter may cause default? what can be right solution? I have got a consultancy but found they did not pay sincere attention too, if they had been done , they could inform me earlier before submit.

Hey, you had a mistake of not detecting the spelling mistake early before submitting the documents.
Any how, as you did not explain what is that "spelling mistake", the seriousness of the mistake cannot be assessed now. In order to rectify that mistake you may submit an affidavit stating that your name shown in some of the submitted documents as ----- are pertaining to you. The notary could make a proper form of affidavit for you.
