Regarding right or PR and processing fee payment

I was trying to make payment for my brother right of permanent resident fee and processing fee but when I log in to permanent resident portal and enter my account email and password it keep saying wrong email or password even i put the right one. Can i use my brother ircc account to pay his right permanent resident fee and processing fee?

Why in the world are you using your IRCC credentials to pay for your brothers application if he is not a dependent for you? Doesn't make sense does it. If you want to pay it, have him log in and you provide the payment details, that's it.
