How my annual salary plus benefits would be mentioned on my reference letter.. like e.g my basic salary is 25000 per month. And in benefits i am getting 4000 house rent.now for per annum 25×12 or 29× 12?? How my employer needs to mention it bcz usually they only mention in per month format not per annum.. plz guide me
 
You have to mention you CTC (Cost to the company) amount.. in your case it will be 29*12.
