Regarding reference letter

I have left the place where I have worked for exactly 3 years. While submitting documents for ITA what things should I upload related to my employment. Is the reference letter enough or I also need to get salary slips etc? Any other details I should get from the employer?

If the reference letter states your work duration, designation, salary, job duties and work hours (full time) then its good enough.
