i am 32 year old software tester in noida. i wan to go for quebec(canada) .my wife is 27 year old, master in arts and i am having a kid of 4 year old.i have don't done ielets or french...

i am new to this site and new to immigration process.please answer my queries so that i can proceed ....

1. what is needed to file the case.
2. can i go quebec,what is salary/expenditure structure there...survival level?
3. how much time it will take to process.
