Regarding Provincial Nomination and future draws

Hey can anyone inform me regarding the current and future scenario of the draws/PNP. Currently it doesn't seems like that anyone international is getting any ITA..... mostly people who are either living in canada or have relatives getting ita...
I am in pool from 15th march 2016 with CRS 440 NOC 0711..... if anyone can give me any hope by what time it seem to get clear in future???

OINP has a temporary pause on PT Notifications and should restart around Nov 2016. As for the ITAs for EE, the current CRS is around 480ish.
