You're going to have to give some more details. Is this job offer in Canada? Where are you now? What is your age, education, work experience, etc.?

To hire someone from abroad, a Canadian employer usually needs an LMIA to prove no locals could do the job.

Age 27
Education- post graduate diploma
Exp- 1 year

So are you on a PGWP? Machine operator is not considered skilled so it won't help you get PR through Express Entry. If this job is outside the Toronto area you could apply for a provincial nomination from Ontario after nine months of working there.

Not with the job you have now unfortunately. It needs to be a permanent role and located outside of Toronto for you to qualify for OINP.
