Hai every one ! I am 41 years old physical therapist and from India & my spouse is 40 years old nursing lecturer we both has 12 years of experience in our fields.we have two daughters 5 and 11 years old. Coming to my question can we apply for PR at this situation? Or no means when can apply? Are they accepting applications now? If any other program to get into canada please let us know suggestions will be appreciated thank you.

Applicants are being accepted however it will be more challenging for you to qualify due to your age.
Start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points based program and right now you need to have around 470 points to be selected. You will lose significant points due to your age.

You will both need to go through relicensing which will also take a while. Realistically lecturing will not be possible.

Guess you have done some research that the Yukon is a pretty unique territory and maybe not suited to everyone.
