regarding PR in Quebec

HI all , i am plannin to apply concordia university..but my consultnacy said if you get PR from quebec..you cannot go and work in other provinces...is it true??? need ur help..

Ive heard from my seniors in quebec studying in concordia that you can not work elsewhere until you get your PR, once you have your PR, you can work anywhere in Canada where you like
