Regarding Post-graduate Work Permit Application in Buffalo's office(Walk-in)

Hello everyone,

I am graduating soon from one of the Canadian universities. So far, I have not got a job offer yet. Since I would like to get this post-graduate work permit as soon as possible, is it possible to walk in consulate general buffalo office to get the post-graduate work permit? Will the documents I should prepare the same as if I apply through mailing to Alberta. If anyone who can offer any idea, I will be very appreciated!
