just want to know that my wife finish her studies in french, so if i will get some language marks for that or not.

No - you won't get any points. To get points for her French language, she must take the TEF language test.

Even people from France with 1st language as French would need it, just as people from UK with 1st language as English need to give the IELTS exam. No exceptions whatsoever.
