Unfortunately I received divorce notice in Canada. But I did not met the 1 year requirement I have 3 months to complete the requirement upto 1 year is the divorce will be stopped?
I am not able to do my things on my own. Can I transfer the divorce case to India if my husband is Canada citizen because my marriage is happened in India?
