Regarding Permanent Residency Obilgations

I got my PR of canada in June 2013 along with my wife and 2 minor Children, I stay in canada for 3 Month, When I reached at Canada i suffered from serious health problem on very first day. After 3 Month I come back my home country.

I want some information about Permanent Residency Obligation

1. Is it mandatory for visa officer to inform me if I lost my PR due to non compliance of Residency Obligation or how i can know that I have lost my PR

You need to stay 2 out of 5 years in Canada to keep your PR. If you enter Canada now you may not lose your PR. Otherwise they may report when you enter and you may lose your PR.
