We sent our package 1 week ago, but we haven't got any notifications.

Around 6 weeks to get acknowledge of receipt.

Currently, you would expect 8 weeks to receive AOR1 from the date that they received your package, assumed that your package was complete and wasn't returned. And please be noticed that 8 weeks are not guaranteed, some got AOR1 earlier, some get it much later.
