Congrat, as you have got Study permit.
I applied on 22 Nov 13 by online and have not heard yet, even though the maximum time(8weeks) has been over.

I wonder, why online application is taking so long. I also applied for U of R.

For which term did u apply? There's another applicant here who applied(paper based) on 21st NOV 13 and has not received his medicals. Since u are passed your max time limit u can contact CHC and ask them about your application.

As far as CHC is concerned, they won't have online applications controll as online applications go to Ottawa.

I wonder, why online application is taking so long. I also applied for U of R.

As there are so many NOV-DEC applicants remaining so what they are doing now is, they are avoiding the bottle neck situation caz of those previous applicants. Rather, they are now dealing with both previous and fresh applicants side by side.

Now CHC has started contacting NOV-DEC applicants too!
