Regarding NOC for dentists

Can dentists apply with more than one NOC if they have switched their occupation after some years of experience? Will the visa officer still consider the case to be valid for PR?

Sure you can use a different NOC as long as it is NOC A,B or 0 and you have one year continuous skilled employment in one NOC.

But the CRS site demands that the experience should only be in one occupation; so that's why i am confused.

Where does it say that? To be eligible, you need one year continuous skilled experience in ONE NOC. That is your primary NOC. After that you can use other NOCs with your work experience. What is your CRS score?

Okay, I havn't given the general IELTS yet but based on my academic IELTS, it might be 475.
