Regarding NOC 3112 (GP & Family Physician) update

Dear All,
I have sent my all documents to CIC in rightful manner, as far as I understand, under the NOC 3112 on July 1, 2014 and CIC received it on July 7. But thing is that, 3 months already passed since CIC has launched the FSWP on May 1. Still there is no update available regarding cap reached of the NOC 3112, its showing NIL. Is it believable that no application is received and accepted in this occupation in last 3 months......?

Would you Please give me a suitable and acceptable answer regarding this issue.

The application count on the CIC web site is 6-8 weeks behind.

Dear Scylla,
Thanx for your valuable opinion.
But thing is that, still now in NOC 3112 the cap showing NIL wheather in few occupations the cap already reached around 130. Little bit worried about how CIC working on it.

Anyway, wish you a happy eid to all my muslim buddies over here.
