Regarding NOC 2173

hi, i have everything set to apply for NOC 2173. i will be filing the case in next couple of days.i have seen the rumours floating around that this NOC has already been filled that is the reason we dont see an update in CIC website...just share your thoughts on how much chance anyone including me will have for this particular NOC?

Hi Blackbeast

By the time your application reaches CIC, the NOC would be filled. Right now they are charging for July applicants and there are AUG, SEP and OCT applicants in this NOS which are High in Number. Hence this NOC will be capped by the END OF AUGUST.
