Regarding Name

I want to ask you these question which faces these problems. As my spouse is a principal applicant she has only one figure in her name like (RIDA) so what should we write down in the LAST NAME?

Same as my case. While filling CIC forms, enter name exactly as per passport. In Pakistan, single names are mentioned under surname in passports and first name is left blank. So when you fill CIC form, there will be a question mark guiding to write N/A when you don't have first name. On the forms where N/A instructions were not given, i simply put a blank space and it went fine.
