regarding my express entry

Hi,

I submitted my express entry profile on Aug 2019, CRS is 421, I haven't got any response and I am on H1B in US and my company has an office in Ontario
my queries are as below

1) what can I do for Ontario pnp so that I can negotiate with my employer for relocation once I get a PNP
2) I have specified my Graduate degree in educational qualifications, I haven't specified my under grad, can they both be specified as 2 degrees
3) My scores are Listening-8, Reading-7, Writing-7, Speaking-7.5, will it make any difference if I retake the exam, since CRS calculator considers score for some sections as 7.5-9, will it make a difference between 7.5 and 9

1) Nothing. You have to wait and hope you are selected.
2) Did you claim points for a Master's already?
3) Yes, you should increase your IELTS score by retaking the test.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I noticed that on May 13 draw, Ontario invited scores from 421-451. But I didn't receive a notification. I tried calling the Ontario Immigration office and the office is closed, please suggest what steps can be taken next

Do you have at least one year of Canadian work experience?

The May 13 invitation was only for those with Canadian work experience.
