Regarding my Child's PR sponsorship

My husband is the primary applicant and myself and my first child hav received our PR and hav made our first landing and returned back to India for my second delivery while my husband stayed back in canada. Now my second child is 6 months old and my husband has applied for a sponsored PR for my second child from canada. But we didn't receive AOR yet. My first child is missing her father and longing for him. My husband is also missing his family. We don't know how long it will take for us to receive the PR for my second child. So can we apply for TRV in this mean time..?? In case if we apply for TRV will it be approved for my second child.. or will this affect our PR process in any way..?? Please give me some clarification..??

PR for the child will take 5-11 months. You can try to get a TRV for the baby but it is hit or miss. By deciding to deliver in your home country you knew there would be a long separation,
