I I need to know if my misdemeanor from fver over 10 years ago will be a problem going forward.
I was arrested for possession of a very small amount of marijuana and given nole Prosequi as part of the first time offenders program. My record is still there online.
Now I'm applying for Express entry and I need to do police check for the time I was in the states I'm currently living in Ethiopia. Need some closure...?
