Unfortunately your grades are very low. In Canada, many graduate degrees require 70-80% for international students. In some cases, graduate studies are extremely competitive for admissions - with minimum admissions in the 90% range, along with superb proposed research projects and faculty support.
You may be best served doing additional studies in your home country to bring your grades up.
If, on the other hand, your goal is just to get into a program in Canada in order to get a work permit, then you are already probably just looking to pay for a spot in a college that will take your money and not do much else.
57.5% average is 7.6% away from failing to graduate.
