Do we need to notarize all the LOE we give?

Do we give it only in one PDF? Or submit it with every section?

Why do you need to notarize your LOE? you just need to put your name as it is YOUR explaination.

No,you should only 1 pdf LOE,although it can have multiple sections; I explained about my PCC,Passport and work experience in 1 LOE and i got my PPR.
